We are known for our renovations just as well as our custom homes. The are many challenges of seamlessly merging the old home with the new home and preserving the character while updating design and that challenge is something we take pride in doing well and is something that we thoroughly enjoy.

There is a lot involved when building a custom home from the budget to the design so lets start with communicating your ideas and desires and with our team we will reach that goal which is your dream home.

  • Renovations can be very stressful so lets us help. Part of the process is more then just looking pretty it is about functionality. We with the help of our professional architects and plan layouts help you determine everything from the paint, tile in the bathroom to lighting, cabinetry and programmable heat systems, electrical outlets, fully automated systems, flooring, trim, doors and windows and so on.

    We help you with what your wish list includes and show you what you should use and where they should be used. The other part of any build is the budget and having a strict budget is important so we can stay on track and work within your financial capabilities and means. We sit down and go over estimates for products, sub trades, materials and Labour for the project in order to arrive at a point that fits your wish list. There are a lot of decisions to be made, but thru communication and a design process we will strive to obtain a perfect design and provide and enjoyable experience on this journey to your new home.
